Scope and price are offered before work starts. Enquire about a specific problem What you are buying Discover €990 one-off, Build €2,990 one-off and Monitor €390 per month. No additional setup fee. Services are exclusively for businesses and self-employed customers acting for business purposes. New Vision Lab is currently not registered for UK VAT and does not charge UK VAT. Any local tax obligation of a business customer depends on applicable law. The amount payable is displayed before purchase in checkout. Discover is available independently. Build scope is confirmed before purchase. Additional websites, languages or work require a separate offer. Discover and Build: 12-month redemption period Discover and Build can be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. When buying directly, you can specify your preferred start date. The requested project start must fall within this redemption period; NVL will confirm the specific date with you. After the period ends, an unredeemed package can no longer be redeemed unless otherwise agreed. The 12 months refer to the redemption period, not the duration of delivery or support. For a package redeemed in time, the agreed delivery, clarification and follow-up review periods apply; they are not shortened by the end of the redemption period. Monitor is billed monthly and is not subject to this redemption period. Who NVL is for For businesses, self-employed professionals and early-stage companies that want clear, consistent and traceable descriptions of their offers online. Particularly relevant for products or services that need explanation and for conflicting information across pages. You can work with your own IT provider or agency. An internal IT department is not required, but a responsible person or supplier must be available to implement Build templates. The service is not suitable if you expect guaranteed AI mentions, rankings or revenue growth, a complete website build or a binding legal review. Discover · included, excluded, deliverables Included: one brand, one website and one report language; up to twelve agreed core questions; public-source research; reviewed findings and prioritised recommendations. One consolidated clarification round is included within 14 days of delivery. Deliverables: an approved PDF report with sources and limitations, plus a client summary and sources appendix. Questions and explicitly released reports are available in the protected NVL Hub. Excluded: website implementation, ongoing monitoring, test purchases, logins to third-party systems and a representative comparison of all AI providers. No fixed number of readable sources is promised; actual coverage and access limitations are documented. One results discussion of up to 30 minutes is included and can be combined with the consolidated clarification round. Build · included, excluded, deliverables Included: one website, one content language and up to six topics agreed before purchase, based on an approved Discover report or a suitable confirmed baseline. An additional Discover purchase is not mandatory where a suitable baseline exists. Each topic includes a developed template, its intended placement, implementation steps and acceptance criteria. Two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope are included. New topics, additional websites or languages require a separate offer. Result: reviewed content in expandable tasks in the NVL Hub. Read the delivery as a web view or export it as PDF, Word (.docx), TXT or HTML. Questions and implementation reports remain linked to the task. A client implementation report is not yet NVL confirmation. Subsequent edits to downloaded files are not automatically reviewed by NVL. One follow-up review of the selected publicly visible changes is included within 60 days of delivery. Please report implementation in time to arrange a review within this period. If changes have not been implemented, their status remains open; the delivered templates remain available. Excluded: implementation in client systems, ongoing support, complete marketing campaigns or market studies, and binding legal drafting. Unconfirmed business information is marked as an open point and must be clarified before use. Monitor · included, excluded, deliverables Included: one brand, one website and one report language; one documented review cycle per monthly billing period with up to twelve agreed core questions. Results are compared with the documented baseline; the first cycle can establish that baseline where necessary. Deliverables: a change report with sources, unchanged and open findings, comparison limitations and up to three priority recommendations. Review timing, scope and delivery are agreed before work starts. Scope: one agreed review cycle, not real-time monitoring or automatic website maintenance. New Build templates and implementation are separate services. NVL manages the review, which may be manual or AI-assisted. One consolidated clarification round on each monthly report within 14 days of delivery is included. Monitor starts by appointment. Scope, baseline and first billing period are confirmed before booking. Timing and boundaries Discover: target delivery five working days from the agreed project start, provided payment and complete input are available. Build: target delivery of the first developed draft is 15 working days from the agreed project start, provided payment, agreed scope and complete business information are available. Feedback and revision rounds affect the completion date. Any different dates are confirmed before purchase. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales. Build delivers written improvements, copy-ready templates and instructions for your team, IT provider or agency. Website implementation, system access, a website rebuild and custom integrations are not included. Practical assistance can be assessed and quoted separately on request. Monitor includes one documented review per monthly billing period. Implementing recommendations is excluded. Cancellation before the next renewal stops further billing; the paid period runs to its end. No additional twelve-month commitment applies. From order to outcome 1. Select an offer or enquire about individual scope. 2. Provide the company website, report language and relevant topics. 3. NVL checks assignment and payment. 4. NVL researches or develops the agreed content, reviews it and releases the delivery in the client Hub. Your team implements Build templates and reports progress; NVL records the agreed follow-up review separately. Important limits Discover currently uses public-source research with OpenAI and explicitly approved follow-ups. It is not an automatic comparison of multiple AI providers or a ranking measurement. The packages are not security, legal, tax or compliance certifications. Individual legal questions and legally sensitive drafts require qualified review. NVL pilot example & quality review When a Build topic is complete We assess the agreed objective: is the required information present, understandable and consistent? The number of paragraphs or bullet points alone does not determine completion. After review, NVL confirms the observable implementation status or explains what is still missing or could not be verified. Optional improvements remain separate from the agreed scope. A new recommendation does not automatically reopen a completed task. Website and enquiry journey check · on request For specific questions about forms, mobile usability, navigation, trust signals or how an enquiry reaches you. We agree the pages, tests, access, timing and price before starting. You receive documented observations and prioritised next steps. Actual form delivery or tracking events are confirmed only after an agreed test with the required access. A separate engagement, not automatically included in Discover, Build or Monitor. Fixes, tracking setup and campaign management require a separate agreement where needed. Request a scoped review Business Building is a separate service area Looking to develop a business idea, company or new business unit? There are no purchase packages for this. We review your venture, discuss requirements and individually agree scope, specialists, fees and handover. The AI packages described here do not include those services. Enquire about Business Building Common questions. Clear answers. Does Discover include implementation? No. Discover provides findings and prioritised recommendations. Build adds ready-to-use content, implementation steps and acceptance criteria. Your team or agency implements them; system changes by NVL require a separate agreement. Why might a source be unreadable? Tools, page structure and access can limit the investigation. This does not automatically mean that content is missing or poorly indexed. Which report language can I choose? The language is agreed before work starts. Additional translations derive from the same approved report version and are specified in the order. Can I request an invoice instead? Yes. Use the enquiry form or email. Available online payment methods appear in Wix checkout. Does AI start immediately after purchase? No. NVL checks the order, payment, website and scope first. What does “valid for 12 months” mean for Discover and Build? Discover and Build can be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. When buying directly, you can specify your preferred start date. The requested project start must fall within this redemption period; NVL will confirm the specific date with you. Each template includes its placement, steps and acceptance criterion. You can share the content internally and report progress in the Hub. Is Build the Business Building service? No. Build is the content package within AI Discoverability. Business Building is a separate area with individual review and agreement, without purchase packages. Can an AI package support my new business? Once the brand, website and review scope are established, a suitable AI package can be agreed. Company formation, website development and partner coordination are not automatically included. Which Hub belongs to my engagement? The existing client Hub supports approved AI services. A new Business Building Hub is being developed separately and is not an already included package feature.
