These terms apply to new contracts that incorporate them. Existing agreements are not changed retrospectively. 1. Provider and scope The contracting provider is New Vision Lab Ltd. Address and contact details appear in the provider information. Our offers are exclusively for businesses and self-employed customers acting for business purposes. The individual order confirmation describes the agreed scope. Differing terms must be expressly agreed before the contract is concluded. Your order is governed by the expressly agreed individual scope, the package details confirmed at purchase and these terms. An individually agreed provision takes precedence in a conflict. Keep your order confirmation and the associated scope. Discover, Build and Monitor are AI Discoverability services. Business Building is a separate service area. AI package prices, redemption periods, revision rounds and delivery periods do not automatically apply to Business Building. Provider information 2. AI Discoverability services Discover provides the agreed review of public business information with a report, source references and recommendations. Build delivers written improvements and implementation templates for up to six agreed topics on one website in one content language. Two consolidated revision rounds and one follow-up review within 60 days of delivery are included. The client or their supplier implements the changes; system access and changes by NVL require a separate agreement. Monitor covers agreed recurring reviews and change reports. Outputs, websites, languages, deadlines, revision rounds and cooperation are specified in the offer before work starts. Unlisted services are not automatically included. The package scope, revision rounds and exclusions described on the offers page form part of the selected order. Individually confirmed variations take precedence. Monitor starts by appointment. One review cycle per monthly billing period covers up to twelve agreed questions for one brand, one website and one report language, a change report, up to three priority recommendations and one consolidated clarification round within 14 days of delivery. Without a suitable previous baseline, the first cycle establishes it. Reviews may be manual or AI-assisted; real-time monitoring is not included. A website and enquiry journey check is a separate engagement with scope, price and timing confirmed in advance. Tests of form delivery, tracking or system handovers require agreed test steps, suitable access and your authority to approve them. Fixes, tracking setup, campaign management and changes to client systems are included only if expressly agreed. Package scope 3. Orders, prices and payment Discover costs €990 one-off, Build €2,990 one-off and Monitor €390 monthly. There is no setup fee. New Vision Lab is currently not registered for UK VAT and does not charge UK VAT. Any local tax duties of the business customer follow applicable law. For online purchases, the contract is concluded upon successful checkout and electronic confirmation. Individual offers are contracted through express acceptance. Later internal approval to start analysis is not another contract formation event. Payment follows the conditions displayed before purchase; work begins after receipt of payment. Additional chargeable work is agreed separately. Changes to prices or terms do not apply retroactively to existing orders. For Monitor, the start date and start of monthly billing are agreed before booking. The first review takes place within the first paid service period. A postponement by NVL must not cause a paid cycle to lapse without the agreed service. Discover and Build: 12-month redemption period Discover and Build can be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. When buying directly, you can specify your preferred start date. The requested project start must fall within this redemption period; NVL will confirm the specific date with you. After the period ends, an unredeemed package can no longer be redeemed unless otherwise agreed. The 12 months refer to the redemption period, not the duration of delivery or support. For a package redeemed in time, the agreed delivery, clarification and follow-up review periods apply; they are not shortened by the end of the redemption period. Monitor is billed monthly and is not subject to this redemption period. If your firm request to redeem arrives within the period but NVL can offer a suitable date only afterwards, your entitlement remains and the date is agreed accordingly. A delay attributable to NVL does not shorten the redemption period or agreed follow-up rights. 4. Cooperation and delivery Provide accurate information, the correct website and necessary approvals. Credentials and confidential documents are shared only through a separately agreed appropriate channel. Timing changes caused by missing information or scope changes are discussed with you. Analysis begins after NVL checks the order. You decide whether to publish and implement delivered content. Business, service, price and legal details must reflect your actual operations. NVL points out apparent inconsistencies. Do not provide third-party personal or confidential data that is unnecessary for the agreed review. 5. Quality and limitations NVL uses AI-assisted and manual methods to provide the agreed services. Client reports and Build deliverables undergo human review before delivery. Sources, review timing, untested points and observed access limitations are documented. The agreed reviews, materials and follow-up checks are the services owed. No particular AI mention, ranking, visitor count, number of clients acquired, conversion rate or revenue increase is promised. Outcomes depend in part on implementation, the offer, demand and external systems. This does not limit the agreed duty of care or your rights concerning defective performance. Method & AI 6. Delivery and corrections Outputs are delivered in agreed formats. Please identify errors by reference to the report or work so we can investigate and correct justified defects. Corrections are distinguished from additional requests or new investigations. Additional work and fees are agreed before performance. The two Build revision rounds cover consolidated feedback on the agreed topics. The limit on revision rounds does not restrict rights concerning defective performance. A new request outside the agreed scope does not create another free revision round. Silence or simply opening a file does not waive rights concerning defects. A client report of implementation is distinct from NVL verification. Reviewed tasks are confirmed against their agreed criteria; technically unverifiable points remain identified as such. Optional recommendations do not expand the contracted scope without a further agreement. 7. Duration and termination Discover and Build are one-off projects. Discover targets delivery within five working days from the agreed project start, provided payment and complete prerequisites are available. Build targets its first developed draft within 15 working days from the agreed project start, provided payment, agreed scope and complete input are available; feedback and revision rounds affect completion. Any different dates are confirmed before purchase. Twelve months of support or commitment are not included. Monitor runs for one monthly billing period and renews monthly. Cancel before the next renewal using the account function where available or by email to info@newvisionlab.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no further renewal follows. If an individual project ends before completion, we account transparently for demonstrably performed agreed work and unavoidable agreed costs. Any remaining prepaid balance is refunded. Statutory rights concerning non-performance or defective performance remain unaffected. 8. Use and confidentiality After full payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to use the texts, templates and reports delivered for you for your business purposes. You may publish and adapt them and have your team or appointed suppliers implement them. Third-party rights in sources, images or other materials remain unaffected. An edited version must not be represented as an unchanged NVL-approved version. You retain your rights in supplied materials and permit their necessary use for the expressly agreed collaboration. Confidential ideas and project information are governed by the personally issued confidentiality undertaking, including purpose limits, technical providers, exceptions and permissions. These terms do not reduce that protection. External delivery partners or external AI processing receive confidential content only with your prior explicit consent under the undertaking. Client feedback is voluntary. Publication as a testimonial, with or without attribution, requires separate permission. It is not a condition of service and can be withdrawn for future use at any time. NVL test reviews are not published as genuine client reviews. Confidentiality undertaking 9. Responsibility and statutory rights The services support business decisions and do not replace legal, tax or other specialist advice where needed. Certification or regulatory approval is not included in the packages. NVL remains responsible for properly providing the agreed services. Liability for deliberate wrongdoing, fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence and any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is neither excluded nor limited. These terms do not give NVL a blanket exemption from liability. The law of England and Wales applies to the extent permitted by mandatory rules. These terms do not impose an exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. 10. Privacy concerns Use the form below or info@newvisionlab.net. You need not be a customer or use particular legal terminology. We acknowledge privacy complaints within 30 days of receipt, investigate appropriately and communicate the outcome without undue delay. Data rights requests are subject to their applicable statutory time limits. For suspected data breaches, we promptly assess protective measures and notifications. This form does not replace any required notification by NVL to a supervisory authority. Statutory rights to complain to the ICO remain available. PrivacyComplain to the ICO 11. Service questions and complaints Please send questions or complaints through the NVL Hub or to info@newvisionlab.net, identifying the order. NVL investigates, agrees necessary corrections and communicates the next steps. Immediate or round-the-clock support is owed only if separately and expressly agreed. 12. Individually agreed Business Building An enquiry is initially for review and is neither acceptance nor an order. There are no purchase packages, instant checkout or standard predefined scope. Not every enquiry results in a proposal. Before the first confidential project discussion, you receive the undertaking addressed to you and signed by NVL. The public sample does not replace your personal undertaking. Following a joint review, the individual agreement defines services, responsibilities, specialists, timing, fees, payment schedule, acceptance, usage rights and handover. Whether specialists are engaged by NVL or enter a separate contract with you is expressly agreed before they are engaged. Specialist advice is provided by appropriately qualified professionals. NVL coordinates the expressly agreed work and review steps. Readiness for handover is defined by the individual agreement. No particular commercial success is promised. AI Discoverability services are included only if additionally and expressly agreed. An existing AI client Hub account does not provide access to Business Building projects or their partners. Working arrangements and access are agreed for the specific project. Authorized NVL admins can access these details to manage the cooperation and support internal partner selection. Conversations are not public. Other partners cannot access your information. Internal NVL review notes are not shown in the partner workspace. Messages are provided within the hub; this does not send automatic notification emails.
