Updated: 10 October 2026 · Extension 0.4. Controller New Vision Lab Ltd, Company Number 16585158, 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom. Privacy contact: info@newvisionlab.net. This notice covers our website, business enquiries, contracts, the existing AI client Hub, AI Discoverability and individually agreed Business Building. NVL is the controller for its own business and service purposes. A different processor role is separately agreed in advance where appropriate. Provider information Cookies and local storage NVL’s cookie controls send your choices to Wix’s consent controls. You can choose optional functional, analytics and marketing categories individually or reject them together. Necessary functions for delivery, sign-in, security and remembering your choice remain available. Your choice applies to this browser on this website. NVL locally stores a version, choice status and timestamp under nvl_cookie_choice_v1. You are asked again after 180 days or a change in the consent configuration. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings. Services already loaded may require a page reload. Hub language and light/dark appearance are stored as local preferences. Necessary functions support the service you request; optional storage and access technologies are managed on the basis of your consent. Open cookie settings Website, usage measurement and security Wix provides the website, member sign-in and technical services. This involves IP addresses, browser/device details, session data, page requests and necessary error and security logs. The purposes are delivery, reliable operation and protection against misuse; the basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning service. Wix analytics functions help us understand website usage and improve our offering. Where they use optional cookies or similar access, use follows your analytics consent. Marketing functions use the separate relevant choice. Cookie choices do not authorise sharing enquiry, report or Hub contents for advertising. The enquiry form uses technical abuse controls, including a honeypot field and limits on repeated submissions. Related technical data and check identifiers are processed to protect the enquiry route. Enquiries, email, orders and payments When you contact us, we process the contact, business, website and enquiry details you provide. NVL uses Google as its mailbox provider; email contents and associated connection data are processed there for communication. Where you are the contracting party, contract preparation and delivery rely on contractual or pre-contractual necessity. For a business’s contact persons, necessary communication relies on the legitimate interest in handling the enquiry and engagement. Statutorily required billing and business records are processed to comply with legal obligations. Online orders use Wix. Wix and the payment providers used for the selected checkout method process necessary order, billing, transaction and payment data. The payment route is displayed before purchase. Full card details must not be sent through the NVL enquiry form or Hub messages. Wix privacyGoogle privacy NVL Hub and collaboration The client area processes member identifiers, linked purchases, business contact details, permissions, shared files, messages, task states and read receipts. These support protected collaboration, traceable delivery and handling your questions. Access is provided to people authorised for the engagement and NVL administrators. The basis is contractual necessity or our legitimate interest in collaborating with business contacts. Security and approval records help trace access and key actions. Recipients are responsible for downloaded files in their own environments. Public research and AI support Within the agreed scope, NVL examines public business information such as company websites, service descriptions, provider details and source references. Sources may include names or business details about individuals. Research serves the legitimate interest in a traceable business review; it does not assess private personal lives. OpenAI is used for AI-assisted research, drafting and translation. Necessary business, website, language, scope and question details, selected deliverables and task-related replies are supplied. Contact email fields, internal client notes, complete Hub conversations and attachments are not automatically transferred wholesale to the analysis AI. Results and run states are stored in the NVL system. Responses are also stored at the provider to continue and retrieve started AI runs; processing without storage is not promised. Client reports undergo human review by NVL. No solely automated decisions about individuals with legal or similarly significant effects are made. Method and scopeOpenAI data processing terms Client feedback and testimonials Internal feedback and public reviews are separate submissions. You may rate the Hub, NVL work, communication, clarity and usefulness and share wishes, questions and suggestions. All questions are optional. We use these details to improve quality and may record progress and responses for suggestions, visible in the relevant client workspace. Internal wording is not automatically reused as a public testimonial. In the NVL Hub, buyers can voluntarily submit a star rating and comment after a delivery. The review, comment, order association, timestamp and selected publication permission are stored. Internal feedback is used to handle quality issues and improve our services based on legitimate interests. A public testimonial requires separate consent. Internal use is the default. You can permit publication without your name/company or with your expressly chosen attribution. NVL may use the approved review on its website and in its own marketing materials, after reviewing the text. Pilot test reviews are not published as client testimonials. Permission can be withdrawn in the Hub or by email to info@newvisionlab.net. NVL stops further use and removes the testimonial from its own publications. Already distributed materials and third-party copies cannot always be recalled. Previous lawful use is unaffected. Permission version, timestamp and withdrawal are retained on a restricted basis as needed for evidence. An update replaces the earlier review for future use. A public review has its own wording and star rating. Before submission, you confirm a preview of the wording, attribution and permitted use. Internal evaluation uses only the latest response per order and rating category; pilot data is treated separately. Reviews and statistics are not published automatically. Privacy requests and complaints Contact us by email or through the privacy form. We process the contact and concern details you provide, a reference, receipt time and handling records. These support our data protection duties and the exercise of your rights. Reports are stored separately from sales enquiries in an administrator-only area and are not sent to the analysis AI. The privacy form uses a honeypot, server-side submission limits and duplicate prevention. Short-lived submission reservations with hashed identifiers are processed for this purpose; these are not guaranteed to be anonymous. This form does not load Google CAPTCHA. Email remains an alternative. No marketing consent or purchase is required. We acknowledge privacy complaints within 30 days, investigate appropriately and communicate the outcome without undue delay. Data rights requests follow their applicable statutory deadlines. Send a privacy concern Recipients and international processing Recipients are the services necessary for the relevant purpose: Wix for website, member and order functions; Google for email; OpenAI for the stated AI work; checkout payment providers; and necessary accounting, advisory and technical suppliers. Data is disclosed to authorities where legally required. Providers may process data outside your country. The processing agreements applicable to each service govern that processing. Where required, international transfers are supported by an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary UK transfer provisions. Contact info@newvisionlab.net for information about the safeguards relevant to your data. Wix data processing agreementOpenAI data processing terms How long data is retained Enquiries without an engagement are needed only while clarification, a justified business follow-up or specific legal claims require them. Once those purposes end, they are deleted or anonymised. Project materials, approved reports and Hub histories are retained for performance, agreed questions/follow-up checks and necessary evidence. Archive status does not promise indefinite storage. Subsequently, NVL assesses remaining contractual duties, specific legal claims and statutory retention obligations to decide on deletion or restricted further storage. Billing and legally required business records are retained for the applicable statutory periods. Security logs are needed while necessary to investigate or prevent particular incidents or misuse. Privacy cases and consent evidence are limited to what is necessary for handling and accountability. Internal reviews are retained only while needed for quality handling or necessary evidence. Public testimonials are used only with current permission. Deletion from backups may take effect later; this does not permit unlimited active use. Your rights Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your situation, and to direct marketing at any time. You may withdraw consent for future use. Send requests to info@newvisionlab.net. Necessary identity checks are limited to what is proportionate. You may also complain to the UK ICO or another supervisory authority competent under applicable law. Necessary contact, order and access details are required to handle the relevant request. Without them, NVL may be unable to respond or deliver the service. Optional details, reviews and publication permissions are voluntary. Complain to the ICO Changes We update this notice for relevant changes in our services, processing and legal requirements. The date above identifies the published version. Business Building: enquiry, review and confidentiality The separate Business Building form processes your name, email, company or venture, country, development stage, general description and optional budget and timing. Enquiry identifier, time, language and the recorded privacy notice are also processed. We use this information for review, replies and preparation of possible collaboration. The lawful bases in “Enquiries, email, orders and payments” apply accordingly. Enquiries are stored in a separate area with restricted internal access. The initial form has no file-upload feature and starts neither AI analysis nor automatic forwarding to specialists. An acknowledgement of receipt or privacy notice acknowledgement is not consent to external AI processing or disclosure to partners. Recipient details, contract and project information and recorded permissions may be needed for the personal confidentiality undertaking and later collaboration. Confidential content is provided to external delivery partners or external AI services only after prior explicit consent under the undertaking. This contractual permission does not replace assessment of any required data protection lawful basis. Technical providers and defined exceptions follow the undertaking and this privacy notice. The general provisions on recipients, international processing, retention and data rights also apply to Business Building enquiries. Before additional project-specific processing, we explain further purposes, services and required access. A new card-based Hub and AI analysis of uploaded ideas are planned extensions and are not performed by this form.
