Disclosure or independent commercial use of your ideas is excluded to the extent set out in our confidentiality undertaking. You receive our undertaking before the first confidential project discussion, without having to request it first. Your personal undertaking is prepared for you, signed by NVL and delivered before the confidential discussion. The sample is not yet an undertaking issued to you personally. NVL has two focus areas: individually agreed Business Building and AI Discoverability. The AI services Discover, Build and Monitor review and improve public business information. Is Build the same as Business Building? No. Build is part of AI Discoverability and provides developed content, implementation steps and acceptance criteria. Business Building starts with an individual enquiry and has no purchase packages. Can I combine both areas? Yes, where suitable for your venture. Scope, responsibilities and fees are expressly agreed. One service does not automatically include the other. Does an enquiry commission a service? No. We review your enquiry and discuss the appropriate scope. Business Building then requires an individual proposal and specific agreement. When do we discuss confidential details? After you receive the undertaking addressed to you and signed by NVL. A general description is enough for the first enquiry.
