We voluntarily undertake to treat your business ideas, concepts, discussions and project information confidentially. Disclosure or independent commercial use of your ideas is excluded to the extent set out in our confidentiality undertaking. You receive our undertaking before the first confidential project discussion, without having to request it first. Your personal undertaking is prepared for you, signed by NVL and delivered before the confidential discussion. The sample is not yet an undertaking issued to you personally. Before the confidential discussion. 1. General enquiry Start with only a general outline of your idea and the support you need. 2. Undertaking from NVL NVL addresses the undertaking to you, signs it through the stated procedure and delivers it before the confidential discussion. Under the undertaking, your signature is not required. 3. Confidential development We then discuss confidential details and assess the next steps. This still does not automatically create an engagement. What the undertaking covers. Purpose-limited use Information is used solely for review, preparation and expressly agreed work. NVL does not independently exploit your ideas commercially. Partners and external AI services Confidential content is released to external delivery partners or external AI processing only with your prior explicit consent. Technical providers are subject to the protection requirements set out in the undertaking. Your rights and defined exceptions Disclosure does not transfer rights in your ideas. The undertaking contains narrowly defined exceptions, including demonstrably known or public information and mandatory disclosures. Protection beyond the discussion The undertaking also addresses situations where no engagement follows. Duration, return, deletion and retention follow the full document.
